Since 2020, Dailene Cowles has led OKNG Consulting Co., working alongside leaders and business owners to bring clarity, structure, and forward momentum to their businesses. But her perspective doesn’t just come from consulting, it comes from experience.
Dailene is a business owner herself, currently partnered in multiple companies, and has spent years operating inside businesses at every stage of growth. Earlier in her career, she led large-scale teams across Canada with Sysco Canada, overseeing operations across 14 locations and managing complex, high-performing teams.
She understands firsthand what it feels like to wear too many hats, make decisions under pressure, and carry the weight of growth.
That’s what makes her approach different.
Through OKNG, Dailene partners with businesses to step out of the day-to-day and focus on what actually moves the business forward. Her work centers on building clear strategy, strengthening operations, and creating the structure needed for sustainable growth. She works across a range of industries, from startups building their foundation to established companies navigating change, helping leaders move from reactive to intentional.
